Ohbot Limited respects your right to privacy. We only collect the information that you provide to us when you register, sign in to the Windows app, create an account on Ohbiverse or place an order.
We use the information that you provide to process your order and manage your account. If you have allowed us to we will email you an occasional newsletter - currently around once every 2 months. You can opt out of this whenever you receive one.
We may share some of your information when you place an order so that we can check for fraudulent purchases. Apart from this we do not pass your information to any other company.
All of the information that we hold about you is kept on a secure server using industry best practice. We do not hold any financial information about you.

If you choose to purchase the Ohbot Cloud AI Add-on and use the Ask and Listen block or the dictate into a speech block function in an Ohbot program then the sound from your microphone will be passed to Microsoft servers for speech to text analysis. If you use the Ask and Listen block or the dictate into a speech block function in an Ohbot program then the sound from your microphone will be passed to Microsoft servers for speech to text analysis through Cortana. There is a Windows setting under speech privacy that enables or disables this functionality. Please note that this service has been discontinued by Microsoft so the Appearance block is no longer supported.
If you use the webservice block then the webservice block the text that you send when you use the block will be passed to the service that you are using.

If you are using v2 of the Ohbot Windows app we will use your account information to monitor your subscription status.
If you are using v2 of the Ohbot Windows app with a subscription and without your own OpenAI account we will use your account information to cap limits on your use of GPT.
If you are using v2 of the Ohbot Windows app with a subscription and you use the gpt, gpturl, gpthistory or gptassistant blocks with or without your own OpenAI account the text and images that you send when you use these blocks will be passed to OpenAI and may be held on their servers.
